Connectivity Shapes First Impressions
Leasing decisions often begin long before a lease is signed. They begin during a building tour.
Prospective tenants are evaluating everything — the lobby, elevators, natural light, amenities, and increasingly, connectivity.
During Building Tours they are naturally using their phones:
* Checking email
* Joining a quick call
* Downloading documents
* Using collaboration tools
